It should be classified as a light oolong. It is also a high-mountain organic tea (i.e. environmentally friendly). Tea raw is collected at the height of 2300 meters. In the final stage, it is lightly roasted. The production technology is almost identical to the Taiwanese methodology.
Among the local features that are worth mentioning are not only the highlands, but also the volcanic soils that are perfect for growing oolong bushes, which is very important for the production of Premium quality product.
