Why Does High Mountain Tea Taste Better?
- Tea leaves grown at higher altitudes produce more amino acids and other flavor compounds. This results in a tea with a sweeter, smoother, and more fragrant taste.
- High mountain tea is grown at elevations of at least 1,000 meters, where the cooler temperatures and mists create a unique growing environment that yields a tea with exceptional flavor and aroma.
- The climate of high mountains are cloudy and foggy, sunshine is low, and tea leaves are thicker and more pectin, which help to produce with a more concentrated flavor and aroma.

HOYNISE tips to make your tea less bitter:
1. Use high quality loose-leaf tea, which releases fewer bitter than tea bag.
2. Don’t over-brew the tea. Steep for 2-3 minutes, or less for beginners.
3. Reduce the amount of loose leaf according to your taste preference.
4. Adding lemon, Lemon adds fragrance to bitter tea.
5. Drink while it’s hot, hotter green tea yields less bitter flavor.

Is the Pu'erh Tea whole leaf tea? Yes! 100% whole leaf. Whole leaf tea is less likely to become bitter, as the larger leaves release tannings more slowly than tea bag.
Do you add anything to the Pu'erh Tea? No! Our Pu'erh Tea is 100% USDA Organic with no any artificial flavorings.
Does the Pu'erh Tea have caffeine? Yes! Caffeine occurs naturally in Pu'erh Tea. This popular drink has a beloved flavor and impressive health benefits, but might not be best right before bed.
