Oolong tea, also known as green tea, semi-fermented tea, and full-fermented tea, is a variety of tea varieties that have unique Chinese characteristics. Oolong Tea was developed from the Song Dynasty Gong Tea Dragon Group and the Phoenix Cake. It was created around 1725 (the Qing emperor Yongzheng period).
